how to put in content in a block of my drupal website....
i put the codes in the content body section but not working
please help me

I am not sure what the question is. The poll block seems to be working. you can select PHP code in input format when submitting the block if you are adding php code

Please check whether you have displayed the recent polls block in any region (say left or right side bar).
Also please check the configuration for poll also.
Regarding displaying the contents in block put the content in the body section and select the input format and display it in which pages the content have to be displayed.
